TO PROMOTE YOUTH COMPASSION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE THROUGH THE FORMATION OF SPARROW CLUBS IN YOUTH GROUPS, AND ELEMENTARY, JUNIOR HIGH, AND HIGH SCHOOLS.
