THE ORGANIZATION IS A SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION AS DEFINED IN ARIZONA REVISED STATUTE 43-1089, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS TO ELIGIBLE CHILDREN IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 12 WHO ATTEND ANY QUALIFIED SCHOOL IN ARIZONA. UNDER ARIZONA LAW, DONORS ARE ALLOWED A STATE TAX CREDIT FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITS.
