NAMCM is organized as a "Christian ministry" along with individual and organization members. The members must be a leader who has at least served in a church or ministry organization affiliated with NAMCM's ministry. Members have the right to speak vote elect and to be elected. In most cases these rights are mainly exercised through the department or committee that the member is affiliated with or belongs to.
