ANY DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRINCIPAL OR INCOME OF THE ASSETS OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE MADE ONLY TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, OR TO PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS OF, OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF GHCS, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE XI OF THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THIS CORPORATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE DISSOLUTION OF THIS CORPORATION.
