THE PURPOSE OF 415 LEADERSHIP IS TO TRAIN, EQUIP, AND EMPOWER PASTORS AROUND THE GLOBE. THE AMERICAN CHURCH HAS BEEN BLESSED WITH BOTH FORMAL LEADERSHIP AND THEOLOGICAL TRAINING FOR ITS PASTORS. THE DESIRE OF 415 IS TO PROVIDE A HIGH LEVEL OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING THAT IS BASED DIRECTLY FROM BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES AND APPLICATION.
